Narrative: Given as some sort of naval distinction. Possibly worn on the soldier's cap.
Description: Pendant is topped with a crown and has the word "Ubique" written underneath. Below the latin and the crown is the steering wheel of a ship and below that are words "Quo Fas et Gloria Ducunt" on a banner. A clip is attached to the back of the pendant.
