Description:

The dish is very worn. A webb like crack covers inside and outside of dish. Small thin crack extending from middle of dish to top side. Gold ring surrounding top of dish. Centre picture of dish of King and Queen is frontal, they are wearing formal attire. He is in military collar while she, upper shoulders top of necklace. Laurel wreaths surrounding couple of cornation crown with GON (left side) and E (right side). Date reads May 12 over Crown. Flags, Union Jack, St. George on left side of Kings laurel, flags of Scotland, the Royal Flag of England. under portraits is a scroll saying George VI Coronation 1937 Elizabeth. Sprig of flowers on either side of pitcure. On Kings side are 2 small golden thistles and on the Queens right are 2 golden violets. On the back is the Wedgewood coat of Arms, a triangle in shape. 3/4 of the shape is blue background with Unicorn. Cream body body, black marlings on face for hair and horn. White collar, thick, with a lead of 9 beads. 1/4 is cream background with companys name and country.
