Description: An early recorder and reproducer with hand fed tape to receiving reel. Has microphone and radio phone outlets on one side and an external speaker outlet on the other.
History of Use: The tape recorder was purchased in February 1952 by Osborne Higgins from a Truro merchant. The recorder cost a considerable $150.00. Mr. Higgins used the recorder to record voices of friends, family, his music and the music of other local groups.
