Narrative: The donor made this hand puppet of King Charles for a historical presentation at Dalhousie University in July 1964.
Description: This hand puppet has a hand-painted, paper-Mache face. the puppet has a removable cape, hat and shoes made of burgundy velvet as well as a suit made of black velvet with white lace and ruffles at the sleeves, bottom of the bodice and cuffs. The hat, bodice and cape are trimmed with gold-coloured braid. The puppet also has black hair and beard.
