Narrative: This dress was made by the donor in 1959-1960 for her sister Rena.
Description: Part A; is a red velvet, sleeveless dress, with pleated skirt with self belt at the back fastened with two snaps. The back opening has four white pearl buttons as well as hand stitched button holes. Two buttons decorate the belt over the snaps. Four buttons at the back opening. B; is an over jacket, fully lined, round neck, 3/4 length sleeves. Both are trimmed with ecru coloured crochet. 3 buttons at the back opening. C; is a hanger for child's garment. It is wooden covered with faded pink velvet. Hanger is located at Section 7, Shelf D, Tray 4.
