Narrative: Crawford allowed to sell 25 cords of wood off the Farm, wood for the house and allowed to sell 2 tons of hay. For all this Crawford is to pay Morse 30 pounds, plus one ton good hay in barn, 300 fence poles. Morse to retain ? east side of cider house, one cart of manure, blacksmith shop, also the lower flat of house, the west room, backroom and bedroom, privilege in the cellar and wood for house and selling wood and timber on back land.
Description: A long rectangular sheet of paper with cursive writing in black ink on both sides, folded three times horizontally. The contents dicuss an indenture made May 1st 1860 between W.V. Morse of Annapolis and William Crawford. Crawford is leasing the Homestead Farm for one year which W.V. Mose owns.
