Narrative: DOROTHY LATTER WAS BORN  IN RAPID CITY, MANITOBA, C.1899, THE DAUGHTER OF THE LATE SIDNEY AND JESSIE (PRESTON) BOWEN-SMITH.  DOROTHY WAS MARRIED TO CHARLIE LATTER AND HAD TWO SONS, DOUGLAS AND CHARLES.  DOROTHY MOVED TO BRIDGEWATER,  N.S.  IN 1954 HAVING MOVED FROM COOKVILLE WHERE SHE LIVED IN 1949.  LATER MOVED TO HALIFAX C. 1954 AND THEN WEYBURN, SASKATCHEWAN UNTIL 1978.  DOROTHY TOOK UP WEAVING AS A HOBBY.  DOROTHY DIED 5 APRIL 1983 IN HALIFAX, N.S. AND WAS BURIED IN BROOKSIDE CEMETERY, BRIDGEWATER.    MOTHER IN LAW OF DONOR WHO IS BARBARA LATTER OF DARTMOUTH, N.S.
