The word "GLOVES" is marked on the top of the lid.
Description:
Dark brown rectanglar box has rounded corners and a hinged decorative lid. It is lined with mauve and white pattened paper. The lid has a raised geometric pattern around the edge with a narrow elongated shape in the center. The box is made of wood, and is covered with brown fabric on the top and sides, and paper on the bottom.
History of Use:
This box was found in the Harvey house in Hortonville.
