Marks/Label: 'Ich Dien' on the outside. 5 to 10 and 6, 7, 8, 9 printed on the taffeta inside. On one crochet hook Morrolls 61/2, on another Star 6 and on another Boyes 12
Narrative: The case was among things in a trunk in the attic of residence of the late Curtis Chipman and may have belonged to his mother.
Description:

A rectangular, folding leather case lined in red moire taffeta. Inside are loops and pockets to store crochet hooks (5), several bodkins, and needles. The leather has a gilded embossed design.
