Narrative: A finger bowl was used to rinse wine glasses at contemporary parties where one glass served all courses. The double lip prevented the stem of the glass from rolling about the edge of the fingerbowl. Probably early 1800s.
Description: Glass bowl shaped like a beaker with two spouts.
