Description: Teapot with hinged lid of pewter or Britannia metal, also known as white metal. It has an elongated pear-shaped body; moulded pattern of elongated stylized leaves running vertically around the body and extending from mid narrow section to wider part of "belly"; heavily moulded spout and handle; four applied feet heavily moulded; hinged lid with cast knob decorated with leaf pattern and row of small beads; stamped on centre base T.A. BROADHEAD & CO SHEFFIELD 5 7 9 8;
